Dr. Jeffery Smith is a deeply experienced Family Physician who brings more than three decades of clinical leadership, patient advocacy, and integrative medical expertise to our team. Throughout his career, he has cared for thousands of patients across Indiana and Illinois, earning a reputation for compassion, thoroughness, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.
